Dr. Kimberly Robertson is the Founder and CEO of Vantage Strategy Group, where she helps schools, districts, and educational leaders turn vision into daily practice through leadership development, strategic planning, and learning environment design.

With more than 22 years of experience as a district executive, principal, school administrator, and special educator, Dr. Robertson brings a rare blend of strategic leadership, instructional expertise, operational insight, equity-centered design, and experience creating innovative learning spaces. Her work is grounded in one core belief: strong schools are built by strong leaders who can align people, systems, culture, instruction, and environment.

Through Vantage Strategy Group, Dr. Robertson designs and facilitates leadership development experiences that prepare emerging school leaders for the realities of principalship. In addition, she supports schools and organizations in reimagining learning environments so that spaces reflect purpose, belonging, collaboration, and the future-ready skills students need. Her approach connects the physical environment to instructional vision, school culture, student agency, and equitable access, ensuring that design decisions are not just beautiful, but strategic and usable.

Her work is practical, strategic, and deeply human. Whether coaching leaders, designing professional learning, supporting district leadership pipelines, or helping teams rethink how space shapes learning, Dr. Robertson helps educators move beyond theory into tools, routines, environments, and decisions that improve outcomes for students and adults.
